Fresh new start

You ain't seen nothing yet

Hey all, its Katie! I guess you've realized that I'm back from yet another break. Lol! But this break was needed. I was working like crazy right up to the new year. Which is a really good thing considering. But if you haven't noticed, I had a new book published on Amazon,

found in the link above. I have to thank first and foremost my life line, Dawn. If not for her, my blog wouldn't work. It wouldn't exist. And secondly, I'd like to thank Brittany Montgomery. She asked me if I'd write a book on commission, which I agreed to. Took a little longer than planned but she was super patient. So my new book is dedicated to her. She even gave me a few great ideas on how to finish it up for her. So really, she was a huge part of the creative process. To be honest, I really enjoyed writing a

I will be making caps again but not nearly as often. I'll try to make at least one a week. I find that I burn myself out and then take huge breaks. I eventually get my creative juices flowing again, I'll bang out a bunch of caps and than burn myself out again. It's a vicious cycle. Lol!

So I guess it's time to let you know that I'm writing another book. But it will be a compilation of short stories that get to the transformation quickly. It's a little different from what I'm used to writing but we'll see how it goes.

Hello everyone, I hope you are doing fine. This is my first original post in a few weeks. Sorry, I just needed a little break. Anyway, I decided to not give myself a number or a goal on how many caps I should make. If I'm in the mood you may get a few captions in one week. If I'm not in the mood of busy than you may get one or none. Lol! I think the quality of my captions are better when they do not seemed forced.

A backfired spell

 

Hey everyone. Sorry I haven't been around. This time it was a bit more beyond my control. You see, I dropped my smart phone into water and unfortunately its my window to the world. So until it was fixed or I got a new one, I was basically cut off from the internet. So after almost a week of leaving my phone in a bowl of rice, it finally was working properly.

 

With all that explained I made this cap for Dementia over at the Haven. It was her birthday last Tuesday and I had this caption done a few days before her special day. But to my surprise, I came back to find out she is sick and in the hospital. Believe me when I say that spending anytime in the hospital is absolutely no fun. But it is the best place to be when you are sick. And Dee was always there while I was feeling down when I was really sick. She always checked in on me. So Dee, I hope you're feeling better soon. I'm so sorry you got sick for your birthday. I hope you get well soon.

Practicing safe sex

 

I made this one for Dee as a cap back for a wonderful pantyhose model cap that she made for me and Hailey Pixley. I enjoyed this picture so much and to be truthful I thought of Dee immediately once I found it. It had that little bit of humor to it that I think Dee brings to her caps often enough. In Dee's folder at the Haven I said that I was going for the "Did you unplug it and plug it back in?" approach. And Dawn commented with probably one of the funniest ways you could to this reference. She said, "I think the unplugging and plugging it back in is what got Dee into this situation. ;)".

It made me laugh out loud, literally... Dawn is always good for that.

Like the time I made Dee a cap about her multiplying and Dee responded that what would a herd of her be called. And Dawn followed that up with, First you get double Dee's then triple Dee's, after that you fall over on your face. Ha!

Maxine is made

Good Day everyone and Happy Fathers Day out there to all the fathers. I made this one for a newcomer to the Haven, Maxine Le Strange. She made a wonderful cap for me in my folder and she mentioned that she would really love to become a part of the Silky Silhouettes universe. So I obliged her request by adding Maxine as the latest poor man who will be stuck as the woman on the cover of the package of tights for the rest of "Her" life.

Happy Friday everyone! I made this one for the blog. Of course with the help of Dawn too. I saw this photo and couldn't pass it up so I wrapped the story around it. I really enjoyed making this one because normally its the girlfriend transforming the boyfriend out of revenge. At least on my blog anyway. But this one has a little romantic tone that goes with it. He made his decision and became a beautiful woman out of love for his girlfriend who obviously was a lesbian. I hope you all enjoy it.

Made this cap for Elise. I have to say that when I saw Cindy Crawford in her folder at the Haven it got me very excited. I absolutely love Cindy Crawford! Especially because she was really popular during the 80's and 90's. And in case you haven't noticed, I have a bit of a nylon/tights/pantyhose/stocking/lycra/spandex fetish. And Cindy had amazing legs (and amazing everything else too). I actually looked for a good photo where she was wearing nylons but they just couldn't fit my story I had in my head. And if you know Elise like I do, she also has the same admiration as I do for leg wear. She also likes a nice romantic cap as well so my next caption that I already owe her will be more centered around hosiery and a little romance.

But I am still glowing with excitement over using Miss Crawford in a caption. I hope you all enjoy it as well.
